We want to ensure satisfactory customer experience that’s why our return policy is set for 30 days of delivery. You can return or exchange almost everything within 30 days of delivery for a full Refund or Exchange.

Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within next 15 business days. In case of refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on your payment method.

The customer is also entitiled for refund/return, in the following cases

  • Wrong product received by the customer
  • Products has some defects
  • Product damaged in shipping
  • Product is tampered

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 2 working days.

Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

  • The returned item should be unworn, unwrinkled, undamaged (should have no scratches on the sole and upper), and in re-sellable condition
  • Made-to-measure or other customized orders can only be returned for alteration.

PrestigeJackets.com offers free shipping all over the world on all orders, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Just because shipping is free doesn’t mean it should take a long time. The Best Leather Jackets understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
Delivery Timelines

Regular size orders are made to order and are shipped within 10 business days. However, it can take up to 20 business days for your item to be shipped. Whereas, the prime products are ready in stock and are shipped the next day from placement of order.

We strive to minimize fulfillment time for our custom orders as well. After confirmation of details such as measurements, we usually dispatch made-to-measure orders within 5-7 weeks and bespoke orders within 12-15 weeks.

After dispatch, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep.

World Wide Delivery

We accept and ship orders to all countries except for Russia, Brazil, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India and OFAC Sanctioned Countries.

Courier Service

In order to offer our customers a premium courier service, all our shipments are carried out through Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc. We reserve the right to choose the courier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you.

APO/PO Box Addresses

For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made within 2 days of order placement. The customer should contact support to request an order cancellation.

If the order is dispatched or is at your country’s customs, it cannot be canceled, and in such case only accepting the parcel and returning it back will be an option.
