HOW LEATHER JACKETS ARE MADE?

1. SELECTION OF LEATHER:

All of our jackets are crafted with obsessive attention to detail and sorted accordingly. Our jackets are 100% hand-made by experts at our warehouse and use lambskin hides as a primary resource for creating leather jackets.

It is one of the softest, natural and skin-friendly selections utilized today for creating comfortable leather products. We also use cowhide for creating rugs and other product.

Once the skin is tanned, it undergoes washing and drying process which involves higher energy cost and conditioning. It further makes the skin smooth and easy to furnish into a product.

4. DESIGNING OF JACKET:

The general construction of a leather jacket includes creating a pattern, cutting, sewing, lining addition and attaching fancy features. We have professional designers with demonstrated skills over garment tools and machinery to create a perfect jacket according to the assigned size, variation, and color.

The goal is to create a jacket that you can proudly wear for many years without losing its stitching. Experts at warehouse collect pieces of leather that needed for the outside and inside pattern of the jacket. Once collected, each piece is cut out and sewed accordingly for sleeves, front and back area.

A well-design jacket is very important for us. To ensure the best results, different elements of designs, appropriate computerized tools and techniques are used based on the style customer want

The lining makes the jacket more comfortable which is why we add only the softest and skin-friendly viscose inside. As a result, the jacket becomes warmer and feels natural to the body.

5. QUALITY CHECK:

We conduct a range of inspection to ensure the product will maintain your expectations for much longer period of time. To achieve quality standards, our inspection team checks following things prior to shipping.

The Jacket is designed in the same manner as the product image.
Constructed as per selected variation, color, and size.
Stitching is done correctly.
Detection of faults.
Proper finishing (cuffs, collar, buttons, zippers, pockets, etc.)

6. FINAL INSPECTION AND PACKAGING:

Once everything’s good, our team gives a final look before sending the jacket to the packaging department to make sure it fits the purpose. For better stability, we wrap all of our products in special bags for leather jackets to avoid freight damages.

7. DELIVERY:

Our primary courier services are DHL and FedEx, widely known for fast and secure shipment. After handing the parcel to the courier, you will receive a code to track status of your order.
